Commercial Director

With a strong background in advanced manufacturing and programme management, Andrew drives the strategic commercial development of BrookConsult’s operations.
 
Andrew plays a pivotal role in securing and overseeing high-value projects, enhancing BrookConsult’s market position. He provides strategic leadership and high-level governance across the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational priorities.
 
As a Certified SIRI Assessor, Andrew supports manufacturers in adopting an objective, impact-driven approach to introduce, scale and lead their industries through Industry 4.0 transformation.

Alex Musselwhite

Head of Technical Delivery

Alex oversees and delivers technical consultancy projects while working closely with the commercial and programme management team to ensure alignment with client project objectives and strategic goals.
 
Previously an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce, Alex also brings experience from Nissan and Magnetic Systems Technology. He holds a First-Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in advanced manufacturing processes.

Ben Noble

Ben provides comprehensive project support across a range of technical and digital transformation initiatives, coordinating resources, working on technical documents / reports, tracking progress and ensuring effective delivery to meet client objectives and drive continuous improvement.
 
With a background as a Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce, Ben brings practical experience managing the full production lifecycle of high-precision components. His expertise includes process improvement, cost reduction, supplier coordination and technical documentation, giving him a strong foundation in continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 practices.
 
Ben’s practical insight and strategic mindset make him a valuable contributor to BrookConsult’s technical and digital project delivery.

As Head of Digital Marketing at BrookConsult, Richard leads the strategy, execution, and optimisation of the company’s digital presence.

He is responsible for elevating brand visibility and ensuring BrookConsult is consistently positioned as a trusted advisor in the manufacturing and business consultancy space. Drawing from a wealth of over 35 years of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance experience, Jeff is a seasoned business professional, complete with the silver hair you would expect from someone with decades of first-hand business experience.

Beginning his business journey in FMCG sales, Jeff has an impressive track record of working in a wide range of sectors, including Accounting, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology and Banking, before starting, growing and selling his own successful manufacturing, Import and export business.

Jeff now uses his experience to provide coaching and mentoring to Yorkshire businesses, with the sole aim of helping business owners and their teams to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Shaine Gill-Ohrt

ISO and NetZero Consultant

Shaine joined BrookConsult as a Specialist Consultant in January 2023.

Bringing a wealth of expertise, Shaine’s skillset includes certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001, FSC, ISCC EU, and ISCC Plus, along with qualifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Level 3 QCF Trainer.

Recently, Shaine has focused on preparing businesses for significant regulatory changes, such as the Plastic Packaging Tax, EPR/PRN compliance, and Environmental Permitting. He has also contributed to government lobbying efforts on PPT and the 2023 EPR reforms.

Shaine’s experience spans working with a diverse range of clients, from small independent manufacturers to NASDAQ-listed companies, delivering tailored solutions to drive compliance and operational excellence.
