Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially focused Regional Growth Manager to drive revenue performance and project conversion across Yorkshire & Humber.
This role is sales-led and execution-focused, concentrating on advancing live opportunities, negotiating and closing consultancy and training projects, and delivering revenue against quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Delivery

– Negotiate scope, pricing, and commercials in line with BrookConsult’s value proposition and margin expectations.
– Deliver revenue targets for the quarter, with clear accountability for conversion performance.
Pipeline & Deal Management
– Manage a defined sales pipeline, prioritising opportunities based on probability, value, and timing.
– Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of expected revenue and project start dates.
– Proactively progress stalled deals and re-engage warm opportunities.
– Ensure consistent CRM updates and disciplined sales process adherence.
Client Engagement & Project Conversion
– Act as the primary commercial contact for clients during the sales and conversion phase.
– Work closely with consultants and delivery teams to shape compelling, practical proposals.
– Translate client challenges into clearly defined consultancy projects or training programmes.
– Ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery, maintaining client confidence and continuity.
Internal Collaboration
– Collaborate with the Business Development team to receive qualified opportunities and align on priorities.
– Provide feedback on market response, objections, and conversion blockers to inform future BD activity.
– Maintain strong internal communication to support efficient mobilisation of secured projects.
Skills & Experience
– Proven experience in sales, account management, or project conversion within consultancy, professional services, training, or business support.
– Strong, pre-existing network of customers within Yorkshire & Humber.
– Demonstrable success in closing deals and delivering revenue against targets.
– Confident in negotiating scope, pricing, and commercial terms.
– Strong commercial judgement and ability to prioritise opportunities with near-term revenue impact.
– Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.
– Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools (MS Office or equivalent).
What We Offer
– Competitive salary with performance-based incentives linked to revenue delivery.
– Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
– Clear ownership of a key region with autonomy to drive sales performance.
– Opportunity to work across a wide range of consultancy and training projects with real client impact.
– A defined, collaborative split between Commercial Development (long game) and Project Conversion (this role).
