- To enable learners to develop a range of leadership skills and the ability to put them into practise in their role
- Develop the leadership capabilities of learners enabling them to motivate and engage their teams and manage working relationships with confidence
- Develop learners effectiveness and confidence within the team leader role
Structure
Delivered over a 7-month period, the 10 unit modules are accredited against the ILM level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills.
